Born in Nottingham I have been a letting agent all my working life. I have a BSC in Business in Property from UWE. I have been surrounded by all things property throughout my life. As a young man I worked in properties labouring, maintaining the gardens and cleaning. I feel this ground up progression has helped me really know and appreciate the area I work in. I took over management from my mother who started Tomlinson Estates over 20 years ago and since have expanded our portfolio significantly. I aim to tailor our services to the needs of landlords and create a trusting relationship. In my spare time I like to cycle; in past years I have cycled with friends from London to Barcelona as well as the length of Italy for a local charity. I like to ski, shoot clays and run. I feel that keeping focused and fit outside of work makes for a good life.
Sales & Office Manager
Joe started working for Tomlinson Estates soon after finishing University. Over the last 7 years he has progressed to Sales & Office manager as well as being a member of ARLA & NAEA. He is passionate about proving the highest level of service for our clients. If you are interested in Selling, purchasing your first property, increasing your portfolio or would like some advice, Joe will be more than happy to help! In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym, climbing, watching rugby as well as the occasional real ale!
With over 20 years of experience in finance and management systems, working with various accounting packages and spreadsheets. Mel’s focus is on working smarter, analysing information and implementing processes to ensure smooth running of the business finances and admin. Her experience is various industries from automotive to event management gives her a holistic approach to systems and training, identifies where improvements can be made and seeing them come to fruition. She’s always available to help assist with any aspect of payment queries and support to landlords and suppliers.
Becky La Frenais
Becky is responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of maintenance for both landlords and tenants. Having completed her NAEA Level 3 qualifications Becky is well equipped to deal with any of the many tasks that need completing on a day to day basis in our busy office environment. Becky with the team climbed Mount Snowdon, Scafell Pike and she is aiming for Ben Nevis in the near future! In her spare time she likes to go on country walks and spending time with her daughter Molly and chihuahua's Tinkerbell and Maggie.
Senior Property Manager
Aimee is responsible for a number of properties at Tomlinson Estate Management, providing assistance with maintenance tasks and liaising with multiple clients, tenants and suppliers. Aimee is customer service oriented and loves learning new skills. Aimee enjoys going by the nick-name of her favourite singer Britney and hopes to one day see her in concert.
Iwona has 7 years experience working in lettings and management. She has achieved her level 2 award in Residential Property Management. In her spare time she likes to work out at the gym and enjoys riding horses.
Residential Property Manager
Gabby has worked in the hospitality industry as a manager for over 7 years. She is now looking forward to her new role as Business development and residential manager here at Tomlinson Estates. She has already enrolled in a number of courses which will vastly increase her knowledge of the property market. Gabby likes to train in various martial arts to keep fit and has a love for the outdoors.
Senior Property Manager
With experience in City Centre Sales working for another local agent she is excited to bring her knowledge with her to Tomlinson Estates. As one of the Student Property Managers she takes pride in being able to assure her portfolio of landlords and tenants have an enjoyable experience with us. On a daily basis, she coordinates the logistics of different contractors, ensures we are up to date with certificates and completes audits to ensure all properties are compliant. In her personal life, she enjoys cooking, travelling and spending time with her two french bulldogs.
