Tom Tomlinson

Born in Nottingham I have been a letting agent all my working life. I have a BSC in Business in Property from UWE. Now the sole owner I took over management from my mother who started Tomlinson Estates over 20 years ago and since have expanded our portfolio significantly. I aim to tailor our services to the needs of landlords and create a trusting relationship. In my spare time I like to cycle; in past years I have cycled with friends from London to Barcelona as well as the length of Italy for a local charity. I like to ski, shoot clays and run. I feel that keeping focused and fit outside of work makes for a good life.

Joe Hammond

Joe started working for Tomlinson Estates soon after finishing University. Over the last 7 years he has progressed to Sales & Office manager as well as being a member of ARLA & NAEA. He is passionate about proving the highest level of service for our clients. If you are interested in Selling, purchasing your first property, increasing your portfolio or would like some advice, Joe will be more than happy to help! In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym, climbing, watching rugby as well as the occasional real ale!

Mel Smith

With over 20 years of experience in finance and management systems, working with various accounting packages and spreadsheets. Mel’s focus is on working smarter, analysing information and implementing processes to ensure smooth running of the business finances and admin. Her experience is various industries from automotive to event management gives her a holistic approach to systems and training, identifies where improvements can be made and seeing them come to fruition. She’s always available to help assist with any aspect of payment queries and support to landlords and suppliers.

Becky La Frenais

Renovations Manager

Becky is responsible for property renovations as well as providing accounts support for our Finance Director Mel. Having completed her NAEA Level 3 qualifications Becky is well equipped to deal with any of the many tasks that need completing on a day to day basis in our busy office environment. Becky with the team climbed Mount Snowdon, Scafell Pike and she is aiming for Ben Nevis in the near future! In her spare time she likes to go on country walks and spending time with her daughter Molly and chihuahua Tinkerbell.

Aimee Davies

Senior Property Manager

Aimee is responsible for a number of properties at Tomlinson Estate Management, providing assistance with maintenance tasks and liaising with multiple clients, tenants and suppliers. Aimee is customer service oriented, loves learning new skills and has recently completed her Level 3 Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. Over the next year, Aimee would like to help raise more money for charity and continue climbing after her enjoyment at Snowdon.

Gabby Iskierka

Gabby has worked in the hospitality industry as a manager for over 7 years. She is now looking forward to her new role as Business development and residential manager here at Tomlinson Estates. She has already enrolled in a number of courses which will vastly increase her knowledge of the property market and completed her level 3 Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Gabby likes to train in various martial arts to keep fit and has a love for the outdoors.

Kiera Bass

Kiera has been working at Tomlinson Estates for many years as a temp. She recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a BAHons in Furniture and Product Design. She has since gained experience at StudioTwenty Interiors as a showroom manager and junior interior designer. She has an interest in property development and is keen to employ her skills within her new role.

Kitty Hough

Kitty has recently joined Tomlinson Estates after finishing her A-Levels. Previously, she worked in hospitality for 3 years and hopes to maintain her excellent customer service in her new role. Kitty is thoroughly enjoying her time with the Tomlinson Estates team and has already begun her professional competency training in Residential Letting and Property Management with Propertymark. Her passion for property stemmed from her parents who have built & renovated many properties, something she hopes to do so herself one day. In her spare time she like training at the gym and going out with friends.
