They have always tried hard to accommodate any requests I have made and have sorted any issues with the property promptly and effectively. This they did with their usual high standard of service finding me a selection of interested parties and eventually securing a buyer who completed during lockdown. From a business perspective Tomlinson Estates are immaculate! They deliver on time (rare these days) they are efficient and have always let my property ahead of schedule each and every year. If they say they will ring you back they do and if any problems arise with maintenance etc they deal with the matter in a professional and economical way. Whilst still remaining professional ALL the staff go beyond the norm, they have a sense of humour (always an asset) are very welcoming and they even give me lifts into town to go shopping when I visit! I can't recommend them highly enough!
